Privacy policy.

We're a small web design studio, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated: collect little, explain everything, sell nothing.
What we collect
When you contact us, request an estimate or a free homepage design, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, business name and project details. If you become a client, we also hold the content you give us for your project - copy, photos, logins you share for the build, and billing details.
Like most websites, we also receive basic technical data automatically - pages visited, browser type, approximate region - through the analytics described in our cookie policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare estimates you asked for.
- To deliver and support your project, invoice you, and keep records the law requires.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- To send occasional project-relevant updates if you're a client - never bulk marketing you didn't ask for.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't share your details with anyone except the service providers below.
Who we share with
A short list of processors that make the studio run: our email and form-handling provider, invoicing and payment processing, website analytics, and the hosting platforms your project is built on. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy commitments.
Client project data
Everything you give us for your build - content, photography, credentials, customer lists - stays yours. We use it only to deliver the project, store shared credentials in a password manager, and hand everything back (or delete it, your choice) when the engagement ends.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we don't end up working on are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period tax and business law requires, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law, and we answer requests within 30 days.
Questions
Privacy questions go straight to the founder - use the contact page and mention “privacy” so it gets flagged.
